Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a form of exercise that has been practiced in China for centuries. The slow, gentle, flowing movements provide the benefits of exercise without the stress and danger often associated with high-impact sports.

Tai Chi is a wonderful form of movement that is good for people of all ages. Tai Chi’s health benefits have been extensively studied and have been proven to equal the cardio benefits of brisk walking 3 times a week! Enjoyed by young and old alike, it is one exercise where you actually improve with age.

- Excellent for managing diabetes and shingles!
"I have been very fortunate to study Tai Chi from Johanna since the fall of 2008. She is an excellent instructor of the practice and a gifted group leader. Johanna has a wonderful way of celebrating each of her students' improvements as they learn and grow in class. She easily creates a welcoming environment for learning, meeting other students, and self exploration of the practice."
